Pairing UV with Ozone  

Ozone (O3) is a powerful oxidant that destroys pathogens entirely, unlike UV treatment, which only disrupts their DNA. However, ozone produces residuals harmful to fish. Combining ozone with UV accelerates the breakdown of these residuals, allowing operators to effectively disinfect water and ensure a safer environment for fish.
